Cancellation Policy

A partial deposit is required to secure all custom harp orders.

As each harp is individually handcrafted, the deposit becomes non-refundable once the order is within three 3 weeks of the estimated completion date, or if construction has substantially commenced.

Cancellations made more than three 3 weeks prior to the estimated completion date may be considered for a partial or full refund of the deposit at the maker's discretion.

If a customer cancels their order within three 3 weeks of completion, or after the harp has been completed, the deposit will be retained to cover labour, materials, and workshop time invested in the instrument.

By paying the deposit, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
