Warranty
Each harp is carefully handcrafted using selected quality tonewoods and built to last. I stand by the quality of my work and materials, and each new harp includes a 3-year structural warranty for peace of mind.
Wood is a natural, living material, and how the instrument is cared for over time plays an important role in its longevity. Below you’ll find details on what is covered.
-
Your harp is covered by a 3-year structural warranty from the date of purchase.
This covers:
Structural defects in materials or workmanship
Issues arising from the build process under normal use
Faults that affect the integrity or stability of the instrument
Any manufacturing-related issues that would not be expected in a handcrafted instrument
If an issue arises, I will assess the instrument and work with you to repair, adjust, or resolve the problem where appropriate.
-
Because harps are handcrafted from natural materials, the following are not covered under warranty:
Damage from drops, knocks, or accidents
Exposure to extreme heat, cold, or direct sunlight (e.g. leaving in cars or outside)
Changes caused by humidity or environmental conditions
String breakage or normal wear and tear from use
Cosmetic changes over time (minor marks, patina, wood movement)
Damage caused by improper storage, transport, or handling
Modifications, repairs, or alterations made by others
-
Each harp is made from natural tonewoods, which will continue to respond to its environment over time. Small movements, changes in appearance, or settling are part of the instrument’s natural life and are not considered faults.
